Privacy Notice

If you choose to give us personal information via the Internet that we or our business partners may need -- to correspond with you, process an order or provide you with a subscription, for example -- it is our intent to let you know how we will use such information. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact with you, we will respect your wishes. We do keep track of the domains from which people visit us. We analyze this data for trends and statistics, and then we discard it.

All information regarding your business is treated as confidential. It is understood that CTC in the course of Mentoring the Company will be provided information and material which may include some of the confidential business affairs, trade "know-how" secrets and future development plans of the Company not readily available to the public. CTC agrees:

As a condition to CTC being furnished with such information, it is agreed that the CTC will treat such information (herein collectively referred to as the "Confidential Material") in accordance with the provisions of this non-disclosure agreement. The term Confidential Material does not include information which:

i) becomes generally available to the public other than as a result of a disclosure by the CTC or

ii) becomes available to the CTC on a non-confidential basis from other sources;

It is hereby agreed that the Confidential Material will be used solely for the purpose of Mentoring and information will be kept confidential by CTC; and that CTC will not disclose any information to any third parties in any manner whatsoever for a period of two (2) years unless required by law or otherwise compelled in litigation provided, however that:

a) any of such information may be disclosed to officers and employees and agents of CTC who require to know such information for the purpose of CTC conducting its Services

b) any disclosure of such information may be made to which the Company provides consent in writing.
